Jávri is located in Saariselkä, in the heart of Finnish Lapland. It is surrounded by national parks, vast forests, lakes and rivers with crystal clear water and idyllic small villages. The closest national park was named after Urho Kekkonen. It is the second largest protected natural park in Finland with a size of 2,550 square kilometers or 985 square miles.
